Requirements

To obtain residency, applicants are required to meet both of the following conditions:

  1. Select one of the investment options below:

  • Purchase up to two new or pre-owned non-residential properties—such as offices, retail spaces, hotels, or other commercial buildings—valued at a minimum of EUR 300,000 plus VAT.
  • Invest EUR 300,000 in the share capital of a physical company that is registered and operates in Cyprus, employing no fewer than five individuals.
  • Allocate EUR 300,000 into units of collective investments under the Cyprus Investment Funds Association (AIF, AIFLNP, RAIF).
  1. Present proof of a secured annual income of at least EUR 50,000 sourced from abroad, with an extra EUR 15,000 required for a dependent spouse and EUR 10,000 for each minor child.
